How to choose

Which lipstick diameter should I choose?

The most common diameters for conventional lipstick sit between 11 mm and 12.7 mm, while multi-use and lip care sticks use smaller sizes. The choice shapes the line on the lips: smaller diameter gives more precision, larger covers faster. The mass mould must match the chosen case.

Can I use the same pack for lipstick and lip balm?

Only if both masses have compatible thermal behaviour and diameter. Lip balm is usually softer than lipstick, and a mechanism calibrated for a firm mass can crumble a soft one when turned. Test with the real formula before standardising one pack across products.
